About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking an HR Recruiter for its Wilmington Service Center. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment and employment processing while supporting multiple hiring managers across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Source, interview, and hire candidates in a high‑volume environment.
- Report on hiring status, identify barriers, and implement solutions.
- Review applications and match qualifications to open positions.
- Coordinate interviews and oversee the full onboarding process.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the HR Recruitment Manager.
Required profile
- Proven recruitment experience in a fast‑paced setting (preferred).
- Strong communication abilities.
- Positive, team‑oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and dependability.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary range $40,000 – $60,000 per year.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- One week of vacation after 90 days.
