HR Generalist / Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR Generalist / Recruiter to support our growing physician group in Smyrna, GA. The role combines day‑to‑day HR operations with full‑cycle recruitment for clinical and non‑clinical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for physician, clinical and administrative roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling and onboarding.
• Coordinate and maintain job postings across multiple platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.
• Assist with onboarding, new‑hire orientation and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations, performance management and general HR inquiries.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll support and other HR functions as needed.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings and HR‑related communications while preserving confidentiality.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of HR Generalist or recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or a physician practice.
• Experience with full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
