HR Generalist – Employee Lifecycle & Talent Support

About the role

Foxconn is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with business units in Austin, TX. You will provide day‑to‑day HR support, manage employee lifecycle activities, and help drive talent acquisition and employee experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and workforce needs.
• Coordinate and execute HR programs, projects, and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding, HR transactions, employee records, and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality.
• Analyze headcount, turnover, recruiting, retention, and training trends to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for leadership reviews.
• Support talent acquisition activities, including recruitment coordination, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and hiring administration.
• Coordinate employee training, orientation, and related programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing HR support and consultation to business units.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Ability to manage confidential employee data and lifecycle processes.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting HR metrics and trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
