HR Analyst – Benefits

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Analyst focused on benefits to join our Wilmington, OH service center. The role works on‑site with the benefits team and HR leadership to ensure accurate data handling and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and audit benefit claims data for compliance with plan documents, carrier performance, and pricing agreements.
• Compile, validate, and audit benefit data for state and federal reporting in coordination with the Benefit Manager and Director of Benefits.
• Validate data file transmissions with third‑party vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Model and analyze data to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and support plan design, RFP, and renewal strategies.
• Develop standard dashboards and executive reporting packages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, health care, pharmacy technology, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with precision and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and welfare plans, specialty pharmacy, CMS, ACA reporting, and related compliance.
• Familiarity with HRIS, SFTP, and data extraction systems.
