About the role

Join the Courtyard team as a Guest Environment Expert, where you will help create memorable experiences for guests by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel environment. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality housekeeping services across guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas to Marriott’s cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and restock housekeeping carts.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift and move items weighing ≤ 50 lb.
