Housekeeper – Guest Environment Expert

About the role

Join the Sheraton team as a Housekeeper (Guest Environment Expert) and help create memorable experiences for guests. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are refreshed, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and back‑of‑house areas to high standards of hygiene.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items such as extra towels, pillows, or amenities.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supply rooms with necessary cleaning products and linens.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods.
• Physical capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance, reliable attendance, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work day shifts and be available on weekends as needed.
