Housekeeper – The Oliveen

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Housekeeper for The Oliveen community in Camas. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, common areas, and office spaces to ensure the property remains market‑ready and appealing to prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments on a daily basis or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and work in confined spaces.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and on a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Occasional travel to other properties for training or assistance.
