Housekeeper – The Janis

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, clubhouse, and common‑area amenities at The Janis property. This hourly position supports the make‑ready process and ensures the community remains market‑ready for prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager, and Assistant Manager with make‑ready tasks.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical strength to lift up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with on‑call availability.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
