Housekeeper – Luxury Residential Community

About the role

The Housekeeper maintains a clean, orderly, and inviting environment within the prestigious Summit Club residential community. You will ensure that the clubhouse, public areas, amenities, and private homes are well‑maintained and exceed members' and guests' expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain luxury rental homes, condos, and residences.
• Make beds, change linens, and manage laundry cycles.
• Clean bathrooms, restock soap and paper products, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Vacuum carpeted areas, sweep, scrub and mop floors, and clean windows and doors.
• Dust furniture, picture frames, window ledges, and shelves; perform detailed cleaning of ceilings, vents, light fixtures, and corners.
• Empty and relabel all trash containers.
• Maintain member and guest confidentiality and submit billing for completed work.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of housekeeping experience, preferably in a high‑end residential or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
