Dishwasher – Luxury Club in Las Vegas

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Dishwasher to join the Food & Beverage Culinary Department at Summit Club, a luxury private club just outside Las Vegas, NV. The role involves maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen and dishwashing areas to support the high‑end dining experience for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring all dishes, glassware, cutlery and kitchen vessels are cleaned, dried and stored properly.
• Sweep, mop and clean kitchen floors, walls and work surfaces following sanitation standards.
• Set up china, glassware and silverware for service across all outlets.
• Monitor and log chemical storage and concentrations, maintaining safety compliance.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory checks and equipment maintenance.
• Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the Executive Chef.

Required profile

• Minimum three months experience in a high‑end restaurant, resort or private club.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and stay calm during busy periods.

Required skills

• Operation of commercial dishwashing machines.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in a kitchen environment.
