Housekeeper – Bricks at Perimeter Center

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartments, leasing office, clubhouse, and other community amenities at the Bricks at Perimeter Center property in Dunwoody. The role supports the make‑ready process and helps keep the property market‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to maintain market‑ready appeal.
• Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager with additional make‑ready tasks.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request re‑orders when needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and work in confined spaces.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, including on‑call duties.
• Willingness to report hazards and follow safety procedures.
