Leasing Professional – The Bricks at Perimeter Center

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for The Bricks at Perimeter Center, a 446‑unit mid‑rise community in Dunwoody. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any maintenance needed.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and special programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook and email.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets while delivering high resident satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
