House Manager & Family Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive House Manager & Family Assistant to support a busy executive family in Denver. The role combines household management, child support, and personal assistance so the parents can be fully present with their children.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate school pickups, activity transportation, and occasional weekend or date‑night coverage.
• Maintain household organization, daily resets, light tidying, and oversee cleaning staff.
• Prepare meals, grocery shop, and support dinner preparation several evenings per week.
• Manage laundry, linens, and seasonal clothing rotations.
• Handle inventory, errands, vendor coordination, and vehicle upkeep.
• Provide childcare support including homework help, bedtime routines, and encouraging independence.

Required profile

• Warm, reliable, punctual with strong executive‑functioning and judgment.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Emotionally intelligent and able to engage with children of ages 5 and 7.
• Flexible to cover bi‑weekly date nights, occasional weekends and school‑holiday needs.

Required skills

• Current or willingness to obtain CPR certification (family will cover cost).
• First Aid certification.
• Conversational Spanish is a significant plus.
