About the role

We are seeking a positive and professional front desk clerk to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay at our hotel. In this role you will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere and handling guest needs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
  • Manage guest information and maintain accurate records.
  • Distribute room keys and coordinate room assignments.
  • Answer general inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
  • Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
