Hospitalist – Remote Contract (up to $300/hr)

About the role

We are seeking board‑certified or board‑eligible internal medicine physicians to join our remote AI research team on a contract basis. You will apply your clinical expertise to shape and evaluate AI‑generated medical content, helping ensure high‑quality, guideline‑aligned outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic clinical prompts and scenarios that reflect internal medicine practice, emphasizing diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline concordance.
• Write “golden” reference responses at attending‑level quality to serve as benchmarks for AI models.
• Grade AI‑generated answers against structured rubrics to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Provide detailed written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior.
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to align with team standards.

Required profile

• Board‑certified attending physicians with an active, unrestricted medical license, or final‑year residents/fellows who are board‑eligible/board‑certified.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week on an asynchronous, remote schedule.
• Strong clinical knowledge in internal medicine and familiarity with current practice guidelines.
