About the role

Join Palestine Regional Medical Center, a 150‑bed Lifepoint Health hospital in Palestine, TX, as the sole ENT physician. You will rebuild and lead an ENT practice, delivering high‑quality care to a large referral base while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT clinical care and perform surgeries in on‑site procedure rooms.
• Develop and grow a solo ENT practice, establishing referral networks.
• Utilize on‑site diagnostic testing to support patient evaluations.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to enhance patient outcomes and community health.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible Otolaryngology physician.
• Proven experience establishing or rebuilding an ENT practice.
• Ability to work independently as the sole ENT provider in the market.
