Home Improvement Sales Representative

About the role

The Home Improvement Sales Representative will join Renuity’s field sales team to promote and sell Kohler‑branded home renovation solutions. After completing Kohler‑specific sales training, you will meet homeowners in their residences, showcase products, and provide accurate estimates. The role includes weekday evenings and Saturdays to accommodate client schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating Renuity’s unique products and services.
• Deliver timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation for each project.
• Follow up with customers to ensure exceptional service and generate repeat business.
• Maintain a professional image while representing a nationally recognized brand, Kohler.

Required profile

• Proven success in in‑home sales, preferably within the home‑improvement sector.
• Strong closing ability and high professionalism.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to connect with diverse personalities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and access to a laptop or tablet.
• Ability to learn new mobile technology and travel throughout the state to customers’ homes.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Valid driver’s license.
