Home Health Aide – Immediate Openings

About the role

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our Direct Care team. You will provide safe, respectful, and personalized support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and participants with intellectual disabilities in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver physical and emotional care to participants, including assistance with illness, injury, or disability.
• Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation when needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and manage medication reminders.
• Prepare meals, shop for groceries, and support general living needs.
• Provide personal care such as toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and encouragement to promote well‑being.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to complete a criminal background check.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 25 lb and to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
