Home Health Aide / CNA / Personal Care Aide – Springfield

About the role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Springfield, MO. You will provide one‑on‑one support to clients in their homes, helping them with daily activities and promoting independence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, laundry, and bed making.
• Support mobility through ambulation assistance, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and provide medication assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Active Missouri CNA certification for CNA positions (or relevant HHA/PCA/DSP certification).
• Ability to work flexible part‑time to full‑time hours, including PRN/fill‑in shifts.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to follow care plans and document client activities accurately.
