HNW Personal Lines Account Executive

About the role

This position is a full‑time, in‑office role based in Long Island, NY, focused on serving high‑net‑worth individuals with sophisticated personal insurance needs. You will act as the primary point of contact for affluent households, guiding them through complex coverage decisions and ensuring seamless account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of high‑net‑worth personal lines clients.
• Review existing coverage, identify gaps, and recommend risk‑management solutions.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coordinate with carriers.
• Advise clients on umbrella policies, valuable articles, household workers’ compensation, and specialty exposures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with internal teammates, underwriters, and wholesalers to deliver white‑glove service.

Required profile

• Active New York Property & Casualty license.
• Proven experience servicing high‑net‑worth personal lines clients.
• Strong communication skills for complex coverage discussions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving office with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Experience with AMS360 (preferred).
• Familiarity with Applied Epic (relevant).
