About the role
Join a leading global investment firm as a Help Desk Technician working a Friday‑to‑Monday schedule. You will keep critical financial systems running smoothly across multiple time zones, providing rapid technical support to traders, analysts, and executives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site technical assistance for Zoom, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Office 365 platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high‑impact incidents to minimize downtime.
- Document tickets and solutions in the firm’s IT service management tool.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations of financial applications.
Required profile
- Computer Science degree or equivalent technical education.
- Hands‑on experience with the core platforms listed above.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work a Friday‑to‑Monday schedule in an office environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and desire to grow within a high‑performance financial setting.
