About the role

The Hearing Ambassador supports licensed dispensers in delivering hearing health services at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center. The role focuses on engaging customers, scheduling appointments, and promoting hearing wellness and related products.

Key responsibilities

  • Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
  • Secure at least 4 hearing tests each day for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist.
  • Promote and sell non‑hearing‑aid products, aiming for a 50% increase in sales.
  • Use a handheld screener (where permitted) to generate qualified leads.
  • Promote the Hearing Aid Center at Sam’s Club events and community outreach activities.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
  • Experience with patient or customer appointment scheduling.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

  • Working knowledge of PC hardware and software.
  • General computer and Internet proficiency.
  • Basic computer systems and scheduling software usage.
