Account Success Manager – Central Florida

About the role

The Account Success Manager is a field‑based extension of the Territory Management and Referral Coordination teams, supporting healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients throughout the patient access journey. The role drives referral optimization, provider education, patient access support, and account engagement to improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee referrals from healthcare providers to ensure timely patient onboarding, insurance verification and order fulfillment.
• Partner with Referral Coordinators, Territory Managers and Operations teams to resolve documentation, reimbursement and access barriers.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned accounts to achieve territory sales objectives and increase product adoption.
• Conduct regular in‑person visits with providers and referral sources to strengthen relationships and improve referral conversion.
• Provide education and support to healthcare offices on referral requirements, documentation standards and company products.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in healthcare administration, referral management, patient services or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Central Florida.

Required skills

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, databases and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, insurance verification and patient access processes.
