About the role

Skilltrade is hiring a Healthcare Employer Outreach Virtual Assistant to help build relationships with healthcare employers across the United States. The role is full-time, with US business hours (Monday to Friday, Eastern/Central time).

Key responsibilities

  • Research hospitals, clinics, physician offices and other healthcare organisations.
  • Make 60-80 outbound calls per day to identify hiring needs and staffing challenges.
  • Schedule discovery meetings with decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Support employer partnership and externship initiatives.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of outbound calling, appointment setting or lead generation experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience working with US clients.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
  • Strong research skills using Google, LinkedIn and company websites.

Required skills

  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Preferred: healthcare outreach or recruiting experience, familiarity with US healthcare terminology, and experience calling hospitals, clinics or medical practices
