About the role

Pharmbills is looking for a remote Healthcare Customer Support Agent to assist patients, providers, and insurance companies with payment‑related inquiries. You will be the voice that ensures clear communication and smooth resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with patients, healthcare providers, and insurers to resolve payment questions.
• Provide accurate information and ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Maintain organized records of all interactions.
• Identify and suggest improvements to payment processes.

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
