Head of Growth

About the role

Sauna.ai is seeking a senior Head of Growth to build and scale its consumer acquisition engine from thousands to millions of users. Based in the San Francisco office, you will own the entire growth stack, launch viral channels, and later assemble a dedicated growth team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the full consumer growth funnel, including social virality, programmatic SEO, paid advertising, sponsorships, newsletters, affiliates, and invite loops.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms, initially via an agency.
• Build a content engine that showcases Sauna’s capabilities and drives organic traffic.
• Partner with engineering to develop programmatic SEO solutions delivering high ROI.
• Lead outreach to accelerators, universities, and AI communities for bulk activation.
• Hire and mentor the growth team as channels mature (copywriter, frontend engineer, motion designer).

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling growth channels at a fast‑moving startup, from zero to meaningful scale.
• Exceptional copywriting ability—punchy, specific, and conversion‑focused.
• Comfortable working onsite five days a week in the Bay Area (or willing to relocate).
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship possible for exceptional candidates.
