Head of Global Investments Training

About the role

The Head of Global Investments Training leads the design, delivery and continuous improvement of a global learning platform for investment professionals, partnering with senior investment leaders, HR and external providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global investment learning and professional development strategy aligned with investment leadership objectives.
• Partner with senior investment leaders, HR partners and subject‑matter experts to identify training needs and prioritize capability‑building initiatives.
• Design, coordinate and continuously improve learning pathways for new joiners, analysts, portfolio managers and senior investors.
• Manage external training providers, vendor contracts and budgeting for the learning platform.
• Oversee mentoring programs, networking events and CPD tracking, ensuring compliance, reporting and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in professional development, learning & development, investment management or related fields.
• Proven ability to conduct training needs analysis and translate business requirements into learning solutions.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing budgets, vendors and training logistics.

Required skills

• Strong program management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical ability to gather feedback, interpret participation data and report outcomes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint; experience with learning management systems preferred.
