Head of Finance

About the role

Flagright is an AI operating system that helps global enterprises fight financial crime. As Head of Finance you will own the company’s financial operations across the US, UK, India and Singapore, driving rigorous reporting, planning and cash‑flow management while supporting rapid scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare investor updates, board decks and monthly consolidated management accounts for four global entities.
• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and strategic financial modeling.
• Oversee accounts payable, enforce receivable processes and manage cash‑flow.
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors and auditors to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.
• Implement inter‑company pricing and transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Support pricing and deal‑desk operations.

Required profile

• Based in the Bay Area with legal right to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship).
• 5+ years of finance experience in high‑growth SaaS startups (Series A‑C).
• Hands‑on FP&A or strategic finance background, including fundraising or acquisition processes.
• Experience managing finance across multiple legal entities.
