Head of Client Operations – Americas

About the role

The Head of Client Operations – Americas will lead the delivery of superior client reporting and transition experiences across the region. This senior leader works at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with global teams to drive innovative, client‑first solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a client‑first focus, staying current on market trends and industry relationships.
• Identify and implement innovative ideas across the client lifecycle to differentiate Invesco from competitors.
• Enrich existing protocols and introduce new tools that support a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative global environment.
• Challenge traditional approaches and continuously seek differentiated ways to improve outcomes.
• Provide expertise on client channels, retail and institutional client needs, and emerging technology platforms for reporting and transitions.
• Apply change‑management techniques to ensure rapid execution and ongoing business results.
• Contribute to the Client Operations capability model aligned with the Investment and Distribution Services (IDS) strategy.
• Communicate IDS strategy regionally, aligning resources with global and local priorities.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent, fostering a culture of excellence and client focus.
• Design and deliver on‑the‑job training and leadership activities to ensure high‑quality client experiences.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of change‑management practices and ability to drive swift execution.
• Experience shaping operational capability models within a financial services context.
• Proven ability to communicate strategic initiatives and align resources across regions.
• Demonstrated talent‑development skills with a focus on building high‑performing teams.
