Head of Brand Partnerships (Branded Integrations)

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Brand Partnerships to lead and scale our Branded Integrations division. This senior position will build a new revenue engine by connecting world‑class brands with our massive scripted digital audience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for branded integrations.
• Develop and manage senior‑level relationships with brands, CMOs, agencies and strategic partners.
• Create integration products, sponsorship packages, pricing models and pitch materials.
• Own the full sales cycle: pipeline development, deal structuring, contract negotiation, execution oversight and renewal management.
• Establish systems, tools, workflows and pricing frameworks to make the business repeatable and scalable.
• Represent Dhar Mann Studios to brand partners, communicating our mission of positive, family‑friendly storytelling.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level network with brands, CMOs, agencies and strategic partners.
• Proven track record of closing seven‑figure partnership deals.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to build and scale a revenue‑focused organization.
• Hands‑on business builder comfortable with both relationship management and operational discipline.
