Head of Autonomous Driving Technology & AI Development

About the role

Lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution for Bosch's advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) in North America. You will drive innovation, manage a high‑performing engineering team, and shape a data‑driven AI platform for L2+ and L3 autonomous solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the North American ADAS technology roadmap aligned with global strategy.
• Build and lead a global ecosystem for data acquisition, model training, testing, validation, and deployment of AI‑based ADAS systems.
• Mentor and manage a geographically dispersed team of engineers, product managers, and project leads.
• Collaborate with global ADAS teams and automotive customers to ensure alignment and integration.

Required profile

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading complex ADAS software projects from concept to production.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing large, global teams.
• Familiarity with automotive standards, regulations, and L2+/L3 autonomy.
