Head of Accounting & Advisory Partnerships

About the role

Lead Rillet’s most important growth function by building and managing partnerships with the Big 4, top accounting firms, mid‑market boutiques, and high‑value Fractional CFOs. This hands‑on leadership role combines revenue ownership, team leadership, and senior‑level representation.

Key responsibilities

• Own channel revenue and develop strategy, pipeline, and operating cadence to grow revenue.
• Build infrastructure to enable partner cross‑sell, create repeatable go‑to‑market motions, and manage an events calendar.
• Identify and execute strategic initiatives with partners beyond short‑term revenue.
• Hire, coach, and scale a high‑performing partnerships organization.
• Represent Rillet with C‑suite executives, senior partners, and industry leaders.
• Turn relationships into pipeline, customers, and strategic value.
• Develop exceptional presentations, pitches, and partner materials.
• Collaborate across Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Customer Success, and PE Partnerships.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with an analytical foundation (accounting, consulting, IB/PE).
• Proven track record leading and scaling strategic partnerships or channel functions with revenue accountability.
• Strong team leadership – ability to hire, develop, and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Exceptional execution orientation, quick decision‑making, and low tolerance for analysis paralysis.
• Executive presence and credibility with senior leaders in complex organizations.
• Low‑ego, collaborative mindset and willingness to work in white‑space environments.
