Guestroom Attendant (Housekeeping)

About the role

Join The LARK’s Housekeeping team as a Guestroom Attendant and help create beautiful, welcoming spaces for our guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and replenishing guest rooms to the hotel’s high standards, ensuring every stay starts with a fresh, spotless environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain a designated number of guest rooms per shift, following property‑specific standards.
• Restock supplies and keep the housekeeping cart organized.
• Inspect rooms for damage, repair needs, or missing items and report them promptly.
• Monitor cleanliness of public areas throughout the property.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or General Manager.

Required profile

• Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with standard cleaning equipment and supplies.
