Guest Service Representative

About the role

The Guest Service Representative will be the first point of contact for prospective students and clients at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in Indianapolis. This role focuses on delivering superior customer service, handling transactions, and supporting administrative functions while ensuring compliance with school, state, and federal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the work area, maintain the master client file, and ensure front‑desk supplies are stocked.
• Greet clients, schedule services, suggest add‑on services, and handle all transactions including check‑in, check‑out, gift‑card and VIP program sales.
• Assist with retail product sales, maintain accurate client database, and balance the cash drawer after each shift.
• Clean the work area, restock retail shelves, and participate in sales promotions.
• Ensure new client cards are completed correctly and communicate that services are performed by students under licensed supervision.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Entry‑level candidates with a willingness to learn and grow in a hospitality/education environment.
