Guest Service Representative – Front Desk (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our front‑desk team at a leading hotel brand. In this part‑time position you will be the first face guests see, ensuring every stay begins with a warm welcome and smooth check‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle payments.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and reservations with professionalism.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Sales to resolve issues and maintain seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate room assignments and daily front‑desk logs.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer‑service focus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Prior hotel or customer‑service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for reservation and payment systems.
