Multi‑Site Café Manager

About the role

Our Portland‑based coffee roaster is seeking a motivated leader to oversee two café locations. The role blends hands‑on barista work with full‑time managerial responsibilities, supporting our mission of sustainable, farm‑direct coffee.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across two café locations, overseeing labor, scheduling, cash handling and sales performance.
• Maintain a regular floor presence of about 10 hours per week to coach baristas, ensure beverage quality and uphold service standards.
• Develop and manage staff schedules, aligning staffing levels with business needs and financial goals.
• Handle administrative duties such as inventory control, financial reporting and compliance with sustainability and zero‑waste initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote the company’s purpose of delivering farm‑direct coffee.

Required skills
