Guest Service Agent – Flexible 7‑3 or 3‑11 Shifts

About the role

Join Oaktenn’s hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, working either the 7 am‑3 pm or 3 pm‑11 pm shift at our Sevierville and Gatlinburg locations. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑ins, reservations, and providing local information.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, register them, assign rooms and confirm reservations.
• Process payments, handle cash and credit‑card transactions accurately.
• Answer phone calls professionally and provide information about the property and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk and lobby area and keep supplies stocked.
• Document guest interactions, maintenance issues and notable events in the front‑desk log.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer‑service or front‑desk experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer systems.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
