Guest Experience Representative

About the role
The Guest Experience Representative provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all visitors at Coors Field. Working on a seasonal basis, you will assist with ticket scanning, seating, directions, and guest inquiries while embodying the Colorado Rockies’ C.A.R.E.S. service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer questions, and provide accurate directions.
- Validate tickets, monitor entry points, and enforce ballpark policies.
- Assist guests with disabilities or special needs.
- Screen for prohibited items and manage claim checks.
- Maintain crowd control during high‑traffic periods and direct guests to their seats.
- Inspect areas for safety hazards and report concerns.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and follow T.E.A.M. guidelines.
- Support emergency and evacuation procedures as directed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required.
- Excellent verbal communication and punctuality.
- Availability for at least 50% of home games and events.
- Ability to work well in a team and interact with the public.
- Ability to obtain and maintain TEAM certification.
