Guest Activities Coordinator – Luxury Resort

About the role

Twin Farms, a Forbes Five‑Star all‑inclusive luxury resort in Barnard, Vermont, is seeking a Guest Activities Coordinator to lead and develop outdoor experiences that connect guests with the natural beauty of the property. The role blends adventure programming with the high‑touch service standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead guided hiking and biking excursions on and off the 300‑acre estate, tailoring each experience to guest ability and interest.
• Design and deliver seasonal outdoor programming that reflects the landscape and guest preferences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, anticipating needs and personalizing each activity.
• Act as a Wilderness First Responder, ensuring safety across all activities and responding calmly to emergencies.
• Assess weather, terrain, and conditions in real time to make safe operational decisions.
• Prepare, maintain, and inspect all equipment and activity areas to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate outdoor activities into daily guest itineraries and support broader guest services as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading outdoor activities such as hiking and/or biking.
• Wilderness First Responder certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong judgment and a calm presence in dynamic environments.
• Passion for the outdoors combined with a hospitality mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse guest base.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification.
• Experience with outdoor equipment maintenance.
• Ability to navigate uneven terrain and work in varying weather conditions.
