GTM Talent Partner – Recruit Senior Go-to-Market Leaders

About the role

Chapter 2 is looking for a GTM Talent Partner to lead the recruitment of senior go‑to‑market professionals for our clients. Based in New York, you will work closely with senior leadership to shape hiring strategies for sales, marketing, partnerships and customer success functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and design customized recruitment plans across GTM functions.
• Own the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain pipelines of high‑quality GTM talent, nurturing relationships over time.
• Improve hiring processes, contribute to employer branding and promote a data‑driven recruitment culture.
• Provide regular metrics and insights to guide decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles, including VP or executive‑level positions.
• Proven ability to source candidates across multiple platforms with a focus on long‑term fit.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with hiring managers.
• People‑first mindset and dedication to delivering excellent candidate experiences.
• Previous RPO experience is a plus.
