GTM Strategy & Operations Lead – Frontier

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead for its Frontier team. You will coordinate how Anthropic’s research reaches the market, overseeing model and product launches, managing compute allocation, and translating field insights into actionable guidance for leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the GTM Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for product and model launches, handling account selection, field readiness, and launch‑week operations.
• Synthesize customer adoption signals—usage patterns, migration behavior, and qualitative feedback—into executive‑level reads.
• Design and run the field response loop, capturing and routing feedback from AE, CS, Applied AI, and customers.
• Develop and iterate GTM’s New Product Introduction (NPI) methodology, defining cadence, roles, handoffs, and launch readiness criteria.
• Own executive reporting cadence for launches, delivering early adoption trends and retrospective analyses.
• Partner with Product, Research, Sales Strategy, Applied AI, Customer Success, and Capacity teams to ensure commercial and technical readiness.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead high‑stakes, cross‑functional programs with extreme ownership.
• Strong analytical mindset to author strategic analyses and executive readouts.
• Experience designing repeatable methodologies for product introductions.
• Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders across GTM, product, research, and finance.
