GTM Recruiter – Sales & Marketing Hiring

About the role

As a GTM Recruiter at Candid Health you will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to scale the sales and marketing organization. You will own end‑to‑end recruiting, develop pipelines, and help improve the overall hiring process while delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for Sales and Marketing hires, from sourcing to offer management.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to define hiring needs and align on search strategy.
• Build and maintain high‑quality top‑of‑funnel pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging passive talent.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and candidate quality.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to create a high‑trust, best‑in‑class hiring experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting Sales and Marketing roles.
• Strong sourcing instincts and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Clear, thoughtful communicator who builds high‑trust relationships at all levels.
• Detail‑oriented and execution‑focused, able to juggle competing priorities.
• Data‑aware and process‑minded, comfortable analyzing recruiting metrics.
• Curious, humble, team‑oriented, and open to feedback.
• Impact‑driven and resilient, committed to hiring quality in fast‑moving environments.
