GTM Operations Lead – Agent Development

About the role

Sierra is looking for a GTM Operations leader to partner with Agent Development leadership, bringing operational rigor to the post‑sales side of AI agent deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the business of Agent Development by providing strategy and operations partnership, mirroring the cadence of the Sales organization.
• Stand up operating cadence with clear visibility into pipeline, deployment progress, utilization, expansion opportunities, and risks.
• Operationalize best practices for enterprise agent deployment, defining and scaling the playbook for building, evaluating, launching, and expanding AI agents.
• Drive account expansion strategy by identifying whitespace, prioritizing opportunities, and creating repeatable motions for post‑sale revenue growth.
• Turn insight into action by analyzing complex datasets and delivering executive‑ready recommendations.
• Build internal tooling with AI‑native tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to automate workflows and create operational leverage.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy & operations at top‑tier technology companies.
• Strong analytical rigor with ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into clear business actions.
• Experience supporting sales, post‑sales, or commercial teams in a strategy and operations capacity.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast‑changing environments, and independent problem‑structuring.
• Commercial instinct and judgment on how enterprise technology products are landed, deployed, and expanded.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.

Required skills

• Technical fluency and coding comfort – built internal apps or tools before.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
