GTM Engineer – Revenue Operations & Growth

About the role

Glimpse is looking for a high‑agency GTM Engineer to own and scale the systems that power its outbound engine. You will build automation infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI‑powered workflows that enable faster experimentation and efficient pipeline conversion as the company scales to eight‑figure revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay) and ensure data quality across all systems.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines linking CRM, sales tools, and analytics platforms for real‑time reporting.
• Create AI‑driven outbound sequences, email deliverability infrastructure, and automated research workflows.
• Ship high‑velocity growth experiments such as website widgets, landing‑page variants, and email sequences.
• Develop internal tools that let marketing and sales launch tests without engineering support.
• Build LLM‑powered workflows for prospect research, personalization, content generation, and lead qualification.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering at B2B SaaS companies.
• Track record of rapid experimentation and delivering measurable growth results.
• High agency, bias toward action, and ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot and Apollo (or similar outbound automation platforms).
• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and light scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Clay or comparable research/automation tools.
