Growth Product Lead – Kids

About the role

We are hiring a product leader for the Monsterverse to own kid growth – growing kid users of Dojo Islands. This role leads the product team responsible for top‑of‑funnel growth, driving the cross‑company roadmap to increase Monthly Active Kids.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end kid growth funnel (awareness, install, activation, early retention) for Dojo Islands.
• Define and execute the cross‑company roadmap for Monthly Active Kids, coordinating with the flagship app, school network, and Islands.
• Lead a small, high‑leverage product team, set direction, ship fast, and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate directly with co‑founders on long‑term growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning a top‑line growth metric end‑to‑end, moving DAU/WAU, install conversion, or retention on a consumer product.
• Background in gaming, kid‑focused products, or similar gamified/social products at scale.
• Ability to operate strategically and dive into details, including writing SQL and building dashboards.
• Self‑sufficient with data analysis and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.

What we offer

• Salary range $215,000‑$250,000 in CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT; $183,000‑$212,500 elsewhere in the US.
• Remote work with required overlap with Americas time zones.
