Growth Marketing Specialist – B2B (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing B2B growth generalist to own and execute the experiments, campaigns and website work that bring in the right clients. The role sits directly with the CEO and has real ownership over how we find and win business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and analyse end‑to‑end growth experiments across channels and funnel stages.
• Manage cold‑email, LinkedIn, organic and paid campaigns, optimizing against clear KPIs.
• Own CRO for our site and client‑facing work, identify friction points and test fixes.
• Improve the Charly website through SEO, GEO, landing‑page creation and portfolio updates with real project metrics.
• Write blog content and oversee SEO/GEO specialists and tooling.
• Brief and review the Google Ads contractor, and implement landing‑page and campaign changes.
• Set up and maintain marketing infrastructure such as website CRM, cold‑email systems and automation.
• Conduct prospect research, evaluate target companies and build outreach examples.
• Implement AI agents and tooling into daily workflows and keep performance dashboards up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B growth or marketing experience, preferably in an agency or creative‑services environment.
• Hands‑on, tactical mindset – you execute campaigns, CRO and copy yourself.
• Strong copywriting ability and excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and switch contexts quickly.
• Comfortable working with data, building simple dashboards and reporting.
