Growth Engineer, GTM

About the role

Range is building an AI‑powered wealth‑management platform and needs a Growth Engineer to own the technical infrastructure behind its acquisition engine. Based in New York City, this role sits at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and product, driving revenue through conversion‑rate optimisation and GTM infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical implementations for Conversion Rate Optimisation, including landing‑page experiments, signup funnels and dynamic JavaScript content.
• Run and maintain the experimentation system: A/B testing framework, feature flags and targeting logic.
• Architect and maintain GTM infrastructure, integrating website, CRM, analytics and ad platforms via APIs, webhooks and automations.
• Debug and resolve issues across the GTM stack, ensuring clean data flow.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of growth engineering or web development experience with a CRO focus.
• Strong sense of ownership; ability to ship, iterate and identify next problems without heavy supervision.
• Experience building integrations across modern GTM tools and APIs.

Required skills

• JavaScript (including dynamic content and personalization).
• SQL.
• React (a plus).
• GA4, Segment or RudderStack tracking implementations.
• Server‑side GTM.
• GraphQL (nice to have).
