Growth & Community Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Growth & Community Marketing Lead to serve as the right hand to the Senior Marketing Manager. You will own key parts of the funnel—from lifecycle email to conversion optimization—while shaping our community presence as search evolves toward AI-driven discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Own lifecycle/email marketing for the self‑serve funnel.
• Drive conversion‑rate optimization on signup and upgrade flows.
• Develop and execute the content calendar, translating agency SEO briefs into production plans.
• Coordinate with the agency on PPC and paid‑social strategy.
• Run organic social and community initiatives on platforms such as Reddit.
• Create high‑value content including comparison pages, use‑case stories, and landing pages.
• Report on lifecycle, conversion, content, and PPC performance metrics.

Required profile

• 4+ years in growth, lifecycle/email, or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of AI‑driven SEO and geo‑targeting.
• Experience directing PPC strategy and briefing agencies.
• Hands‑on experience with lifecycle/email platforms.
• Familiarity with CRO fundamentals, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
• Excellent writing skills to turn technical information into persuasive content.
