Proposal Team Leader – Remote

About the role

Bureau Veritas is seeking a remote Proposal Team Leader to manage the end‑to‑end proposal process for commercial and government opportunities. The role oversees a team, ensures quality control, and collaborates closely with business development and technical operations to deliver winning proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and submit customized business proposals, statements of qualifications, and RFP responses.
• Assign tasks, delegate work, and monitor deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement a quality‑control program reviewing at least 25% of all proposals before shipping.
• Develop and maintain master templates, branding guidelines, and boilerplate content.
• Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline reports for senior stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with potential teaming partners and act as the primary point of contact for the business development team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of five years of proposal management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present information and respond to client inquiries.
• Proven ability to analyze problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
