Group Product Manager

About the role

Mirage is seeking a Group Product Manager to shape the future of AI‑native video creation. Reporting directly to the CEO and Co‑Founder, you will own critical product bets and lead a growing team of Product Managers, turning cutting‑edge model capabilities into reliable, user‑focused workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define a strategic vision for AI‑driven video creation and translate it into concrete product initiatives.
• Collaborate with research and engineering to turn frontier model capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
• Design end‑to‑end creative systems that span intent, generation, editing, iteration, and publishing.
• Evaluate generated media on quality, controllability, latency, cost and creative usefulness.
• Stay close to users and market trends to continuously refine product direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product teams and delivering complex AI‑enabled products.
• Strong ability to work across research, engineering, design and go‑to‑market functions.
• Excellent judgment on product and model quality, with a data‑driven mindset.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment.
